Victorian police says car incident at Melbourne CBD not terror related via ForexLive

An update on the incident earlier today which saw a SUV ran over pedestrians in Melbourne’s CBD
Victorian police says there is no evidence that the incident is terror related. And that the driver of the SUV is an Australian citizen with a history of mental health issues.
